Pros: Long battery life, backlit ID3 tag display, remote control, mp3 player with shuffle, good looks
Cons: Does not play wma, doesn't come with dc adapter, enclosed headphones suck, difficulty removing cd

Pros: LED has perfect contrast, ,skip free, only one AA battery required
Cons: Feels light, flimsy (but isn't, maybe not a con to most people).
The Bottom Line: I recommend this purchase for the quality, ease of use, perfect LED display, and the remote - oh yeah, and it only takes 1 AA battery that lasts seemingly forever
