I Recently placed a large order in excess of £300 with this company but after a week in which their order tracking system constantly told me that my order was "waiting review" i decided to contact them, it was then i realised they did'nt even have an email address and after several telephone attempts during which i was either put on hold, redirected or just hung up on, i finally managed to cancel my order and recieved an illegible email in broken English as an apology.
I ordered a set of T304 pans online. THe site was fairly good but better was the service, delivery was free, I was kept informed of my delivery and allowed to have it dropped off with a neighbour!
The pans arrived in pristine position the very next day and I'm very pleased. No doubt I'll be using their store again.
