I ORDERED A HUNGARIAN DUVET FROM THEM WITH THE EXPRESS 48 HOUR DELIVERY. FIRST ATTEMPT WAS MADE THREE DAYS LATER NOT 48 HOURS! WHEN I RECEIVED MY ORDER IT WAS A MICROFIBRE DUVET WORTH £40. IT TOOK THEM ANOTHER THREE DAYS TO DELIVER MY ORDER TO THE BILLING ADDRESS AND NOT MY DELIVERY ADDRESS. BY THE THIS TIME I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER WHO BOOKED IT AGAIN, AND AGAIN IT WAS DELIEVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. ITS ONE OF THE WORST, UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANYS I HAVE EVER DEALT!!

After 14 days and three unanswered emails I rang the duvet and pillow warehouse to find out where my order was. After checking it appeared that my order had gone missing and the items were now out of stock. I requested a refund which I received but it took a week to get to my account. I would never buy from them again.

I have been buying from the Duvet and Pillow Warehouse for two years now and have found the products to be of exceptional value - high quality at the best price i have found. In my experience, the customer service is outstanding and I have nothing but praise for this company.

I ordered 4 items & paid for 48hr delivery. All items were stock. On the due delivery date I arranged to work at home, nothing arrived. I was told they were waiting delivery of some items. They rearranged for a few days later, again nothing arrived. No email to tell me of this. On the 3rd attempt at an arranged time 2 of the 4 items arrived. When the next item arrived it was incorrect, it cost £6 They sent a courier to collect b4 they would send the correct item It took 5 calls b4 I received all

i ordered a duvet ,duvet cover and 4 pillows on the 1st of jan 2008,only recieved on the 10th,no apology or explanation, i mean i understand people may still have been on hols but a litle word goes a long way.the products are fantastic,didnt want to get out of bed!

I ordered a goose Feather & Down duvet with two microfibre pillows. I ordered them 2 and a half weeks ago and have still not received my order. I was told that there is something wrong with the website which is why I was not told that my duvet was out of stock. From reading the reviews dating back a long way this is clearly a longstanding problem. I have been told that my order will be sent out at the end of this week but we will wait and see! Advice: Don't e-mail - Phone!

I ordered three items which were delivered promptly, but two were the incorrect sizes. It has taken 3 telephone calls and two more deliveries to get one of the items correctly delivered, and I am still awaiting a refund for the third item which is now out of stock. No problem contacting the firm, staff very pleasant and very apologetic, but absolutely hopeless. When I receive my refund I will be pleased that my association with this company is finished!

Ordered Hugarian down pillows and All seasons duvet. Website says delivery 3 - 5 days. Received confirmation e-mail from them, but goods did not arrive after 5 days. Called company and they told me that the pillows were out of stock and were expected in 5 days later. Phoned them 5 days later and was told they were sent out that day. Still didn't arrive and was told sent out on 2 days later than originally told. More than 2 weeks later they haven't arrived. BAD customer service!

Placed an ordered for a Goose Feather & Down Duvet - Double - All Season. When you order there is no indication of stock availability which is poor information. I advise you to check first after my experience. I had the order confirmation email after placing an order but also stating ?it may take a few days more to get to you?. Four working days after I sent email to check order status, then only to be advised item out of stock and would take another week plus their 3 day delivery time.

I recently ordered a Hungarian Goose Double Duvet (25/08) and have not yet received the order (2 wks later). I received an email once the order was processed to say that I would receive another email in 1-2 days to confirm the date of dispatch. I have now sent 3 emails and have received no response. I tried to call the company but there was an ansaphone which told me to email. The website stated that orders will be dispatched in 1-2 days and that they offer a 24 hour reply policy - what a joke.

I bought the Hungarian Down King Size Duvet. It is amazingly warm, cosy and so light. I never thought I'd get such warmth from such a light duvet. It's the best duvet I've owned. The merchant is a pleasure to deal with and gives the personal touch when questions are asked. I will certainly deal with them again.

The Hungarian Down Pillows are soft but provide support, I've never had this with feather pillows. I will buy more. The Merchant is a pleasure to deal with.
