I ordered a bathroom radiator from this supplier. The product was a good quality and well priced. You are able to track your order online which is very helpful and when I called Customer Services, they were polite and helpful. I would have not hesitate using this site again and would recommend to other buyers.

Shopping with Trueshopping was excellent. The web site was easy to use and the prices were very competitive. Postage and packaging costs were also less than I anticipated. I ordered the mirror at midday and it was delivered the following morning.

We are very pleased with the quality of the goods and the speed at which they arrived! Although one of the loungers was slightly damamged, the problem was again very quickly solved. I would definately use them again.

my new shower has had a few minor leaks, the instuctions to build the shower did not make sense, problems have been solved now, however this is not trueshoppings fault, the service was good and delivery was faster than expected.

I had a few problems when trying to get the parcel redelivered through the website, the confirmation didn't show my chosen desination, but once I rang and went through the options it worked.

After numerous phone calls to Trueshopping, we finally received our bath taps today. We are still waiting for our basin taps. This is despite checking they were in stock before we ordered and then us having to contact them when the goods did not arrive when expected.
The promise of same day dispatch was something which drew us to Trueshopping having already been let down by another supplier and so we needed our taps quickly. Sadly this did not materialise. Let down by poor stock management and poor communication.
