Fornesca fiasco! Ordered two Santa Marta bedside tables and had e mail and telephone confirmation of availabilty to be delivered within 2 weeks. About one and a half weeks later was confirmed a delivery day & time. When goods didn't arrive phoned. No call back. 2 calls later was told hadn't been loaded and would be delivered following Saturday. Monday a.m. received e mail to say item was discontinued and order should never have been confirmed. Item is still for sale on their site!
Awful online shopping experience with Fornisca. Ordered 2 items for around £750 start of November, delivery scheduled for the following week, only one item was delivered and it was the wrong colour. Then proceeds a 2 week mess of not getting calls back from Fornisca and having to rearrange deliveries with the delivery company (separate bunch) as Fornisca don't seem interested. Pay a premium and shop with one of the more reputable companies, it's just not worth the hassle, still not here!
